TMC2209 is BIGTREETECH’s best selling stepper motor driver.
It is an ultra-quiet stepper motor driver.
It has a good heat dissipation.
It allows you to run the high current motor with no heat overheat issues.

It has a better heat dissipation than TMC2209.
Marlin is currently not supporting TMC2226.
It can still be used by defining it as TMC2209.
